Persistent pain and secretions

Abscesses and fistulas are processes that occur at the anal level that are intimately related. Abscesses are an acute, painful process that in 95% of cases originates from infection of a normal anal crypt that generates a collection of purulent material that must be treated and drained urgently.
Fistulas form after the acute episode of abscess and is a permeable scar communication between the anal canal and the skin that persists with secretions and often forms new abscesses repeatedly.

Treatments
Effective CO2 laser treatment

We have effective methods that preserve the anal sphincter and decrease the rate of recurrence (reappearance) such as the CO2 laser, which effectively treats the anal fistula with immediate recovery.
The treatments we perform in the center according to each particular case are:
⦁ Drainage and washing of abscesses
⦁ Laser treatment of anal fistula
⦁ Laying of lines ⦁ Biological tissue plug
⦁ Tisucol Adhesives
⦁ Stem cell treatment in relapsed fistulas (under study)
⦁ Laser treatment of anal fistula
⦁ Fistulectomy (surgical procedure in which a fistulous path is completely removed (cut)
⦁ Fistulotomy (surgical opening of a fistulous path)
