Pilonidal or sacrococcygeal cyst

The pilonidal cyst as its name implies is a cystic formation with hair (very fine hair) inside that is located in the intergluteal area of the skin, near the sacrum-coccyx.
These cysts can become infected and cause painful discomfort because the abscess originates.
They are formed more frequently in young men, but can occur in women as well and their cause is unknown.

Treatments
CO2 laser surgery

In relation to the treatment for pilonidal cyst, we have methods such as the CO2 laser, a laser for surgery that simplifies medical processes and provides greater safety to the user. And in other cases surgery is required by performing the Buie or Zimmermann Operation.
